“You’re resisting arrest.”
Reply: “No, we’re not. No one here is using or threatening to use physical force against any officer here, nor are we creating any substantial risk of causing physical injury.”

Reply: “No, it’s not. We are not starting a riot. There are not 10 or more individuals here recklessly using physical force or violence or threatening to use physical force or violence.”
