I am so disappointed and it’s not because of Klance before anyone says anything. Honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to happen this season anyway with the way Keith treated Lance.
It boils down to:
1. The treatment of Lance from everyone when he was nothing but kind to everyone on his team.
2. The treatment to confirmed LGBTQ+ characters and their partners vs. straight characters + theirs
3. Forced pairings that felt like they had no narrative weight or reason
4. Knowing their fan base and playing to our hopes when It was a set up for disappointment
